KM Luxury Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy for our daily and weekly office rentals.

a. Daily Rentals

  • Full Refund: If canceled at least 24 hours before the rental start time.
  • 50% Refund: If canceled within 24 hours of the rental start time.
  • No Refund: If the rental has already started or the renter does not show up.

b. Weekly Rentals

  • Full Refund: If canceled at least 72 hours before the rental start date.
  • 50% Refund: If canceled within 72 hours of the rental start date.
  • No Refund: If the rental period has already begun.

2. Early Check-Out

  • If you leave before your rental period ends, refunds are not provided for unused days.

3. Quality or Service Issues

If your office space does not match the description or has significant issues, please notify us within the first hour of your booking. We will either:

  • Offer a partial refund based on the inconvenience, or
  • Provide an alternative office space (subject to availability).

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not check in on your scheduled rental date and do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
